1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the bet super platform, accessible via the website betsuper.bar and the official bet super mobile app. This Agreement comes into full effect when you complete the account registration process or use any services provided by our platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to register or use the bet super platform. Continued use of our platform after any amendments to the Terms and Conditions are published will be considered full acceptance of those changes.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Bet super reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes but is not limited to suspected fraud, breach of Terms and Conditions, or requests from relevant authorities.

Users may also choose to voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting the bet super customer support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the user upon completion of a final review.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for any balance refund.
• Self-exclusion can be requested for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently.
• Bet super respects self-exclusion decisions and will not send marketing communications to excluded accounts.

10 Liability Limits
